Art Vac is an acronym for Artistic Visual Advertising Communications. Signs
was added to provide instant identification for the largest portion of our
services, but at the same time "signs" does not fully encapsulate what we do.

Did you go to school for this?
Yes and no. We did not go to "sign school" but both Howard and Carol have
related education (see About Us). Carol is a graduate of the Art Institute of
Pittsburgh with a degree in graphic design. In addition to a degree in
engineering, Howard has a degree in communications from Point Park
University. This formal education has been supplemented by years of
specialized trade training, research, and reading, along with nearly 20 years of
on the job experience.

Just about anywhere. Most of our work is located in Allegheny and
Westmoreland Counties. We also have regular clients in Indiana, Beaver Falls,
and Cranberry and have done a lot work in Washington, Uniontown, St. Marys,
Cumberland,MD, Keyser,WV, Moorefield,WV, and Daytona Beach,FL.
