| Magnetic Signs can be an attractive and useful business communication and advertising tool. Our magnetic signs come in a variety of shapes and sizes to choose from to best serve your need. The "standard" magnetic sign is 12" tall by 24" wide which will fit most car or truck doors - the most common placement, but we make them in strips as small as a few inches(see Q94 photo) and as tall as 24" by any width (often used for vans). In addition to the "standard" rectangle shape, we specialize in custom shape magnetic signs. A custom shape is a small detail that adds a lot to your sign. Custom shape magnetic signs make you look more professional and less "temporary" than a basic shape in part because custom shape signs often look like permanent lettering and graphics. Q: Are vinyl lettering and graphics as good as paint? A: Yes, In most cases even better than paint and more convenient. Q: Can vinyl lettering and graphics be removed? A: Yes, using removal sprays or heat the vinyl can be removed and this can increase your trade-in or resell value of your vehicle. Example: After 2 years the owner of the Fox's Pizza Off-Road Racing trailer removed the vinyl lettering and graphics from his trailer and resold the trailer for same price he bought it for. | Magnetic Signs or Vehicle Lettering and Graphics? Q: My vehicle is for personal and business use, are magnetic signs right for me? A: Magnetic signs are best when it is critical to be able to remove and reuse your signs. Q: Taking the signs on and off is not critical to me - so which should I choose? A: If the "on and off" option is not necessary to you we recommend Vehicle Lettering and Graphics, it is the most professionally looking and permanent option (although it can be removed in the future - see Frequently Asked Vehicle Lettering and Graphics Questions). Q: How long will my magnetic signs last? A: With proper care magnetic signs can last many years. Proper care would include removing, cleaning and drying the signs once a week and cleaning and drying the part of the vehicle where they go and make sure the signs stored flat when not in use. Q: Will my Magnetic signs "blow off". A: Generally speaking this is not an issue, but it is crucial that care is given when putting the signs in place. Magnetic signs should be placed on a clean, dry, flat spot. Q: Can you coordinate new signs for my business with magnetic signs.
